Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the GPS art experience application "Oekaki Navi" (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by (hereinafter referred to as ""). All users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") must agree to these Terms before using the Service.
Article 1 (Agreement to Terms)
- By starting to use the Service, Users are deemed to have agreed to all provisions of these Terms.
- If the User is a minor, they must obtain the consent of a legal representative, such as a parent or guardian, before using the Service.
- If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue the use of the Service immediately.
Article 2 (Service Content)
- The Service is a web application that uses GPS functions to record the trajectory walked by the User as art and provides tourist guide functions.
- The Service is provided via a web browser and does not require app installation, but can be added to the home screen (PWA) for a better experience.
- The Service includes the following features:
- Recording and displaying trajectories based on GPS location information.
- Automatic playback of images and audio guides when approaching spots.
- Issuing a "Finisher Certificate" of the walked trajectory as art.
- Course creation, saving, and sharing.
- Stamp rally function.
- Map display and route search function.
Article 3 (Usage Environment)
- Use of the Service requires a smartphone or other device capable of internet connection.
- Users shall bear all costs and responsibilities for preparing communication equipment, software, and other necessary devices, as well as communication charges.
- Since the Service uses GPS functions, accurate location information may not be obtained in places where GPS signals cannot be received or if the device's GPS function is disabled.
- Some functions of the Service may not work properly depending on the browser or OS version of the device.
Article 4 (Handling of Personal and Location Information)
- Collection of Personal Information
The Oekaki Navi App (the Service) does not collect personal information under any circumstances. All data is processed only within the User's device and is not transmitted to our servers.
- Use of Location Information
The Service acquires location information using GPS functions, but the acquired information is used only within the device and is not transmitted to our servers. As location information is a core function, the Service cannot be used if consent for acquisition is not granted.
- Information Collection on External Sites
External sites linked from the Service (map services, survey forms, etc.) may collect information according to their respective privacy policies. Please check the privacy policy of each site regarding their use.
- Details on the handling of personal information are subject to the separately stipulated "Privacy Policy." Users are responsible for managing data such as GPS art and finisher certificates generated during use. is not responsible for device malfunction or data loss.
Article 5 (User Responsibilities)
- Users shall use the Service at their own risk.
- Users are prohibited from engaging in the following acts:
- Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals.
- Acts related to criminal behavior.
- Infringing on the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights contained in the Service.
- Destroying or interfering with the server or network functions of , other Users, or third parties.
- Commercial use of information obtained through the Service (without prior written permission).
- Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Service.
- Unauthorized access or attempts to do so.

- When planning or holding an event using the Service, prior permission from must be obtained. Unauthorized event planning is prohibited.
- Users must comply with traffic laws, regulations regarding entry into private property, and other relevant laws when using the Service.
Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)

Article 7 (Data Storage and Deletion)

- Users can delete saved data via their device settings.

- The Service envisions use with smart glasses, but all functions may not operate normally depending on the type, performance, and usage environment of the smart glasses.

Article 9 (Changes, Interruption, Suspension, Termination)

- Noto Peninsula Earthquake Reconstruction Support Map (Historical map overlay)
- Mapbox Directions API (Route search only)
- Google Apps Script (Collection/storage of survey data)
- Users are subject to the terms and privacy policies of these external service providers.
- is not responsible for changes in content, terms, or termination of external services, nor for any damages arising from their use.
Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
- These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Japanese law.
- In the event of a dispute regarding the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of shall be the exclusive agreed court of jurisdiction.
Article 12 (Revision of Terms)

- Display settings (map style, display options, etc.)
Users can delete this data via their device settings.
- Use of Location Information
The Service uses GPS functions to acquire location information, but this data is used only within the device and is not transmitted to servers. Explicit consent is required for acquisition. If denied, major functions cannot be used.
